An excerpt from my new book …

Perhaps such moments have come while listening to beautiful music, or being embraced by your beloved, or feeling awestruck by a million stars in the night sky, or even in the context of an emergency when some kind of quiet clarity emerges that allows you to resolve the situation perfectly and/or accept it fully.
What do such moments have in common? Often, our habitual mental chatter has become quiet or receded into the background. Often, our body has become relaxed, free from unnecessary tensions.
